1. Who you are buying from

2. What we sell
We are a retailer. The products on this site are made by their own brands — COSRX, Centellian24, Dr.HEDISON, REJURAN, re’mirae, E·S·K, WBCo. and MUIHOOD — and we sell them on. A gift set is those same products boxed together; we do not make or repackage anything in it. Product descriptions and ingredient lists follow the information those brands publish. The responsible person named on each pack is the brand’s or the importer’s, not ours.
3. Prices and availability
Prices include VAT where it applies and exclude delivery unless we say otherwise. We try hard to keep prices and stock accurate, but if we spot an obvious pricing error before dispatch we will contact you and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Your order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we email to confirm dispatch, not when you receive the order acknowledgement.
5. Cancelling and returning
Your 14-day right to cancel, the hygiene exception that applies to opened skincare, and how to return something are all set out on Delivery & returns, which forms part of these terms.
6. Subscriptions
A subscription continues until you cancel it. Before each order is charged we email you [ 0 ] days in advance so you can skip, change or cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account with no notice and no fee. Cancelling stops future orders; it does not refund one that has already been dispatched, though the returns rules above still apply to it.
If the price of a subscription changes, we will tell you before the change takes effect and you can cancel if you do not want to continue.
7. If something is wrong
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the goods we sell you must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you have rights to a repair, replacement or refund, and nothing in these terms takes those away.
8. What we do not promise
Skincare works differently on different skin. Nothing on this site is a medical claim or a substitute for advice from a pharmacist, GP, dermatologist or other qualified professional. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are using prescription treatments, check with a professional before adding something new.
Patch test anything new before you use it properly, and follow the instructions on the pack.
9. Your account
Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account until you do.
10. Complaints

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can bring proceedings there.
